I was a Laravel/Vue developer for the TextSpot SMS/MMS marketing app.

  • Designed many aspects of the database schema pertaining to queued messages and sent messages.
  • Developed services to queue SMS messages via the Twilio API and webhooks to listen for status updates.
  • Developed components that enabled customers to import their contacts and organize them into marketing lists.

Carmony

I was a PHP/Laravel developer for Carmony, a car dealership lead generation service that matched car buyers with vehicles that fit their lifestyles.

  • Designed the database schema of the Laravel application.
  • Developed services that periodically imported vehicle inventory from a few different sources like Dealer Specialties, Dealer eOps and Dealer Socket.
  • Developed services that fetched make/model info and car history from services such as Edmunds API, NHTSA and VIN Audit.
  • Developed an early version of the "Carmonizer" responsible for rating vehicles on various car model data obtained via the third-party APIs.
